After her husband takes his last breath, and after she tries to catch hers...what do you do?

Join us as we explore what widows want their church leadership to know about grieving the death of a spouse, the unique challenges widows and their families must navigate, and the invaluable protocol written specifically to provide step-by-step assistance in answering the Biblical mandate to care for widows within the Church.

Don't miss this honest and informative evening featuring Susan Vandepol (author/speaker and widow of Los Angeles City Firefighter Robert Ortega), Jolene DeHeer (author, renowned speaker, and widow of Calvin College Biology Professor David DeHeer) and Heather Chatfield (widow of Deputy Matt Chatfield, Ottawa County Sheriff's Dept).

Open to all pastors, church staff/volunteers, widows, and friends/family of widows, this community event will be full of compassionate education and honest sharing that will provide a practical framework on how to come alongside widows and their families, while introducing sacred Biblical truth that most have never heard before.
