Learning to Breathe Through the Holidays with Robin Winkel. Robin has been widowed 11 years, and has been a Grief Facilitator for the past 9 years. She will teach us how to have a healthy approach to those “special days,” how to successfully prepare and navigate through those times, as well as how to create new traditions.
